The upgraded 55 to 75kW screw compressors from CompAir have only a 2.23m2 footprint for easier installation in more restrictive locations.
The newly redesigned models offer quick release panel access for easier servicing, redesigned & improved service parts like separators & filters. With an efficiency improvement of up to 6.8%, and a higher flow rate up to 6% from the brand new airends, this improved performance and space saving ability delivers significantly lower lifetime costs.
Designed & manufactured at the centre of excellence in Germany, the latest changes represent a continuing improvement to a range which has been developed over many decades.

The new compressors are available in both fixed and regulated speeds – which can help reduce a system’s total cost of ownership significantly – as well as air-cooled and water-cooled options.

The new models offer the following improvements:
- Re designed GD6 semi integrated airend with better performance that can reach 5-6 % improvement at high speed
- 3-8% efficiency improvement for complete package standard models.
- Smaller footprint by 11% compared to old models
- Implementation of new automatic oil regulation valve for variable speed models provides better efficiency
- New fine separator with 1 integrated seal , easy maintenance – no need to remove and re install o-rings
- Sheet metal free of welding. All doors hinged to ease maintenance and reduce installation space. Easy access on the machines from all points
- Motor standard asynchronous version IE3 standard or IE4 as an option

The compressors are equipped with a premium high efficiency electric motor, which can be upgraded to an ultra efficient energy saving IE4 electric motor.
The RS (regulated speed) efficiently handles the varying air demand found in most plant air systems. The compressors incorporate quality components, such as high performance separator filter, large surface after cooler and thermostatically controlled motor driven fan.
The design concept is not only based on energy efficiency but also on high availability and low maintenance costs.
